이번 작업은 BMW 5GT 실내랩핑 입니다.

11년 정도 타셨는데 새롭게 바꾸고 싶으시다며 랩핑 문의를 하셨습니다.

랩핑할 부위는 실내 전체 우드 몰딩과 내비게이션 몰딩입니다.

내비게이션 몰딩은 변색이 와서 3M 2080 유광 블랙으로 랩핑 하고

우드 몰딩은 3M 2080 무광 카본으로 랩핑하였습니다.

무광과 유광 카본 중에 고민하셨는데

우드 몰딩이 결이 있어서 유광으로 랩핑하면 결이 티가 많아나니

무광으로 추천해드렸습니다.

Hello everyone, this is Kevin from WRAP KEVIN! :)

Today's project is BMW 5GT interior wrapping.

Customer had the car for 11 years and wanted to have a interior makeover.

Parts being wrapped are all the interior wood trims and the nagivation trim.

Navigation trim faded colors over time so we'll be wrapping that in 3M 2080 Gloss Black,

while the wood trims will be wrapped in 3M 2080 Carbon Fiber Black (matte).

Customer had a hard time choosing between matte and gloss carbon fiber,

but I recommended matte because of the wood grain,

which the grain would show a lot on gloss carbon fiber.

BMW 실내 몰딩은 탈거가 쉬우며,

깨끗한 마감과 품질을 위하여

탈거를 해서 랩핑을 진행합니다.

물론 탈거가 어렵거나 까다로운 차들은

탈거를 안 하고 실내랩핑을 할 때도 종종 있습니다.

BMW interior trims can be easily removed,

so it has been removed for a cleaner finish and higher quality wrap job.

There are trims on some cars that are hard to remove.

In that case, it can be wrapped without dismantling.

B필러 몰딩은 나사가 안쪽에 있어서 탈거가 쉽지 않으며

탈거를 하지 않아도 깔끔하게 랩핑이 가능하여

탈거를 하지 않고 진행하였습니다.

The wood trim on B-pillar is hard to dismantle since there is a screw inside.

Since it can be cleanly wrapped without removal,

it was wrapped without dismantling.

다음은 내비게이션 몰딩을 진행하였습니다.

변색이 오고 몰딩이 슬슬 까지기 시작하여 랩핑을 원하셨습니다.

모양이 각져서 총 4장으로 시공을 하여 절개 라인 티 안 나게 랩핑하였습니다.

Next, we wrap the nagivation trim.

Colors faded over time and it was starting to peel so the customer decided to wrap it.

Since the shape was very squary, it was wrapped in four pieces.

Of course it's hard to tell where the seam was and that's what you call a clean job. :)

Finally the interior wrapping is finished!

Interior wrapping is a simple job, but gives your car a complete new makeover

while looking more luxurious than OEM.

If you are tired of your car (just like this customer),

giving your car a different look with interior wrapping may be a good idea~
